The Gym Rat Challenge is coming up on May 23-24.  Stamford Peace has rooms being held for the families of the 6th grade team.  Players are REQUIRED to stay with their parents. 

You MUST call the hotel to guarantee your room under your own credit card.  When you call the hotel, please tell them you are with Stamford Peace, give them your last name, and tell them you would like to change the credit card holding the reservation.  If you do not give them your credit card information you will lose your room.  Check-in for the rooms are Friday, May 22, checking out Sunday, May 24.

At the end of the tournament you will be eligible for a $35 per night reimbursement.  A copy of the hotel receipt must be sent to the Stamford Peace office within 7 days to get the reimbursement.
